Child Airlifted to Hospital after Hwy 29 Crash
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the 3:45 p.m. crash as a hit and run after reports that the victims' car was forced off the road by another vehicle.
Few details are available Friday evening about a 3:45 p.m. crash that briefly closed northbound Highway 29 just north of the Trancas/Redwood exit.
According to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information Page on the internet, a vehicle swerved into the victims' lane, causing their car to roll over.
One juvenile victim was airlifted to Children's Hospital in Oakland.
CHP is investigating the crash as a hit and run.
Northbound Highway 29 reopened to traffic at 4:25 p.m., according to the CHP traffic incident page.

Amazing - the car ROLLED OVER when the driver tried to avoid hitting the car that swerved into his/her lane? I hope the child will be OK. Sounds pretty serious if s/he had to airlifted to Oakland.
